Scowling and Passport Photos: What You Need to Know

Scowling refers to the act of looking angry or annoyed. Many people have a naturally scowling expression without actually being angry.

Rules for Scowling on Passport Photos

Scowling is not allowed on passport photos. Your teeth, for example, should not be visible, and your eyebrows should not be raised or lowered.
