Exceptions

For a passport photo of a baby or child under six years old, all the regular requirements apply, except for the following:

Posture: The elements of "eyes on a horizontal line," "tilted head," and "straight shoulders" are not strictly enforced.
Expression: The elements of a "neutral expression," "direct eye contact," and a "closed mouth" are not obligatory.
